This website and the Paycify platform are owned and operated by GJ WASTE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). Paycify is the brand name under which the services are provided.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Paycify's website and device buy-back service, operated by Paycify India, 17/1, 8th Cross, 2nd Main, Someshwara Nagar, Jayanagar I Block, Bengaluru South, Karnataka – 560011. By requesting a quote or scheduling a pickup, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Paycify Service

Paycify allows individuals to sell used mobile phones, cameras and gaming consoles. You select a brand and model, answer a condition questionnaire, and receive a provisional price. This price is confirmed only after a Paycify technician physically inspects the device at the time of pickup.

2. Provisional Pricing & Final Approval

• The price shown online is provisional and based solely on the information you provide.
• Our technician will verify your answers against the actual device at pickup, checking functionality, physical condition, accessories and ownership documents.
• If the device materially differs from your stated answers, Paycify reserves the right to revise the offer before payment; you may accept the revised price or decline the sale with no obligation.
• Once the technician approves the device and you accept the final price, the sale is confirmed and payment is released immediately.

3. Eligibility to Sell

You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device, that it is not stolen, financed, or reported lost, and that you are legally entitled to sell it. Paycify may decline to purchase any device that fails ownership or IMEI/serial verification.

4. Scheduling & Pickup

You may choose a pickup date and time slot during checkout. Paycify will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the selected window and will notify you of any delay. Repeated unavailability at the scheduled address may result in cancellation of the request.

5. Payment

Approved sales are paid instantly via UPI or cash at the time of pickup, once the technician has confirmed the final price with you. Paycify does not hold payments for later disbursement under normal circumstances.

6. Data Removal

Paycify performs a certified data wipe on all phones and cameras prior to resale or refurbishment. We strongly recommend you also back up and remove your personal data, sign out of accounts, and disable Find My Device/Activation Lock before pickup, as detailed further in our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before the technician confirms final approval, with no charge or penalty. Paycify may cancel a request if the device cannot be verified, is ineligible under Section 3, or the seller is unreachable at the scheduled address.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paycify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the sale of your device, including data not backed up prior to pickup. Our total liability in connection with any single transaction is limited to the agreed sale price of that device.

9. Changes to These Terms

Paycify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
